• Order Deadline – Our cut-off for taking orders to ship the same day is 3pm UK time. Any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next working day.
• Your Delivery Detail – We cannot be held responsible for any lost items where your delivery detail has an error. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate.
• Where We Ship To – We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Our Perfect Alert Wristband will work outside of the UK in Europe and we can ship to EU countries on special request. Please email us at [email protected]
• Shipment Charges – We charge £4.99 for a single Perfect Alert shipment. If you wish to purchase more than one Wristband email us and we can arrange multiple Wristband shipments.
• Shipping Method – We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for UK shipments. These services are not guaranteed within 24 hours but they generally meet their promise.
• Tracking Details – We always enter your email and phone number and you should automatically receive delivery information from Royal Mail. We are happy to track any delivery ourselves if it is late.
• Non Arrival – If the Wristband has been delivered according to the tracking information we would request you use all methods possible to check for delivery to neighbours etc. before contacting us.
